A request submitted through the website is not a confirmed reservation, table or right of entry. A booking becomes confirmed only when our reservations team contacts you and expressly confirms the details. Admission remains subject to capacity, these terms and the door team's discretion.

Please arrive at the agreed time and provide accurate guest information. Late arrival may affect the table or entry arrangement communicated in your confirmation.

Chameleon Club Dubai is strictly for guests aged 21 and over. Every guest must present an original, valid government-issued photo ID on arrival. Photographs, screenshots and copies are not accepted as substitutes for the original document.

A booking or guest-list place does not override the age requirement. Entry will be refused where age or identity cannot be verified.

Smart Elegant. Upscale, glamorous nocturnal attire is encouraged. Shorts, athletic wear, beach sandals and athletic t-shirts for gentlemen are strictly not permitted.

The door team makes the final decision on whether an outfit meets the venue standard. A reservation, ticket or guest-list place does not guarantee admission where the dress code is not met.

Table location, timing, inclusions and any minimum spend or deposit requirement are confirmed directly by our team. Availability can change until confirmation is issued.

Any cancellation deadline or charge will be stated in your booking confirmation. Please review it before accepting or paying a deposit.

Any deposit refund or transfer terms will be stated in the confirmation or payment terms presented to you.

Guest-list registration is a request, not guaranteed admission. Entry remains subject to capacity, arrival time, age and ID checks, dress code, conduct and the door team's discretion.

Benefits or entry conditions linked to a particular night apply only as confirmed by the venue and may change where an event, capacity or operational requirement makes that necessary.

Guests must treat other guests, artists, neighbours and team members with respect and follow reasonable safety or security instructions. Harassment, violence, threatening behaviour, illegal substances, damage, theft or conduct that disrupts the venue will not be tolerated.

Management may refuse admission or require a guest to leave where it reasonably considers this necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, capacity or the comfort of others.

Photography and filming may take place in the venue for security, event coverage and promotional purposes. By entering, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in general crowd imagery where permitted by law.

We will seek appropriate consent for focused or featured promotional use. Please speak to the guest-relations team if you have a concern. Professional cameras, lighting, commercial shoots and organised filming require prior written approval.

Please take reasonable care of personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the venue is not responsible for loss, theft or damage that is not caused by its negligence or breach of legal duty.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence. Guests remain responsible for damage they cause to the venue or another person's property.

We may update these terms when venue operations, services or legal requirements change. The terms provided with a confirmed reservation take priority for that booking where they are more specific.
